King County Weekly Market Watch

Despite last week's rate increase, pending listings in King County rose compared to the previous week, while active listings and sold properties declined, reflecting typical seasonal trends. New listings saw a 20.9% drop, days on market increased, and both median active and sale prices dipped slightly.
