Active listings ticked up slightly last week, following an 11% week-over-week drop in new listings. Closed sales fell sharply to a 15-week low, reflecting slower end-of-summer activity. Pending sales also eased, pushing days on market to a yearly high. This is expected to improve after the holiday weekend as seasonality shifts. Despite softer activity, both home prices and the median list price remain stable despite decreases in national trends.
