Weekly King County Market Watch

With a last-minute push into the summer market, King County saw increases in active inventory, sold listings, and pendings compared to the week prior. New listings, however, dropped 9.5% week over week, while days on market ticked up by six days over the past four weeks. The median active price held steady, and the median sale price saw a slight decline.
