Weekly King County Market Watch

King County’s housing market continued to expand in the latest week, with inventory climbing as new listing activity increased noticeably and more sellers entered the market. Buyer demand also strengthened, with both pending and closed sales rising from the prior week, signaling continued engagement as the spring market progresses. Pricing showed some week-over-week softening across several measures, though homes are still generally selling at or near list price, reflecting an overall competitive environment. The pace of the market slowed slightly, with days on market increasing, suggesting buyers may be taking a bit more time as inventory levels continue to grow.
