Weekly King County Market Watch

King County continued to see inventory build this week, providing buyers with the broadest selection of homes so far this season. New listing activity remained healthy, while buyer demand moderated slightly after several weeks of strong contract activity. Closed sales increased as previously signed contracts reached the closing table, demonstrating that overall market activity remains solid despite a more measured pace of new buyer engagement. Pricing was generally stable, although homes took a bit longer to sell, reflecting a market where buyers have more choices and are taking additional time to evaluate opportunities. Overall, King County continues to transition into a more balanced summer market characterized by expanding inventory, steady demand, and greater negotiating power for buyers.
