Weekly King County Market Watch

Active inventory continues to climb, reaching new yearly highs, while market activity held steady with no change in the number of pending listings from the previous week. However, closed sales declined. As expected following the end of spring breaks and the holiday weekend, new listings rose by 12.9%. Days on market dipped by one day, the median active price saw a modest increase, and the median sale price rose 8.2%.
