Weekly King County Market Watch

King County’s housing market continued to build momentum in the latest week, with inventory rising as more new listings came online. Buyer activity strengthened, with pending sales increasing, signaling continued engagement as we move deeper into the spring season. Closed sales declined week over week, reflecting typical timing variability, while pricing showed modest softening across several measures. Despite this, homes are still selling very close to list price, indicating a competitive environment. The pace of the market held steady, with days on market remaining relatively unchanged, suggesting that well-priced homes continue to attract consistent buyer interest even as inventory expands.
